The registration process is comprised of four steps.
Step #1: Download the official registration form (click here).
Step #2: Fill out the form completely and as legibly as possible using dark ink.
Step #3: Mail the completed form with payment to:

Step #4: You'll receive a confirmation letter from us by email or U.S. mail indicating that we have all your information and payment. At that time you will see your name on the Attendees page.
Also, to allow those who are planning to arrive early or stay later to visit the many attractions in the area, the Hyatt Regency Dearborn has extended their special $105 room rate to FCA members registered for the National. Now you will receive this special rate up to five (5) days prior to the Convention and five (5) days after.
